• Develop and execute Governance, Risk & Control (GRC) strategies to ensure a robust control environment
• Utilize data analytics and AI to enhance control design, monitoring, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all levels to ensure effective risk management
• Identify opportunities for improvement through technology and innovation in the control environment
• Provide training and consultation on risk management and compliance matters to support teams

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology risk management, governance, or internal controls within the financial industry
• Proven experience in developing and executing GRC strategies in a technology environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO)
• Exceptional communication skills to convey insights to diverse audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience in analyzing complex situations and making informed decisions that align with organizational goals
• Proven ability to foster trust and credibility with stakeholders through collaborative approaches
• Innovative mindset with a track record of developing original solutions to enhance control effectiveness
• Familiarity with emerging risks and industry best practices in technology risk and controls
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
