• Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within a client‑facing sales team
• Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations
• Build and maintain relationships with client partners to enhance customer satisfaction
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap agreement
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements to better meet customer needs

• 10+ years of pre‑sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Proficiency with the Service Now platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving
• Strong collaborative skills with experience working alongside product management, marketing, and professional services
• Territory management skills including pipeline building and effective execution with sales teams

• Experience with AI‑powered tools and automating workflows
• Proven track record in competitive analysis and market differentiation
• Familiarity with leading marketing events such as executive briefings and trade shows
