• Deliver and continuously improve key processes to ensure smooth and efficient Crypto product operations
• Manage projects from ideation to completion, collaborating with various internal teams
• Facilitate effective communication across multiple partners, including internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls and scale processes within the Crypto Operations team
• Support compliance with regulatory standards and ensure accurate reporting

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in crypto operations, brokerage operations, or fintech
• General interest in crypto and its applications, with a willingness to learn
• Proven experience with SQL, General Ledgers, and Reconciliations
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage time effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in collaborative environments

• Prior experience in crypto operations, trading, or related fields is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of work
• Curiosity and a commitment to expanding knowledge and competencies
• Experience in compliance-related roles or understanding of regulatory standards
