Senior Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure

• Manage internal technology releases and migrations within high-scale infrastructure systems
• Scope and manage program schedules, breaking them into incremental milestones
• Facilitate the development of product requirements in collaboration with software teams
• Communicate progress, priorities, risks, and changes to stakeholders across the organization
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiencies

• 6+ years of experience in software development or program management, particularly in platform engineering or cloud-based infrastructure
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects and migrations
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with the product lifecycle from concept through development to end‑of‑life

• Experience with high-scale compute and storage infrastructure in public clouds, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, 9001, or 42001 standards
• Background in remote sensing, earth observation data, or geospatial systems
• Experience working with global, remote teams
• Skills in improving processes and tools to enhance development cycles
