• Support customer accounts in the onboarding stage, ensuring timely delivery of all process steps
• Facilitate the setup of digital products for new and existing customers
• Monitor customer data sharing to ensure accurate digital licensing
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams for successful onboarding
• Utilize technical skills to research issues and deliver solutions for diverse implementation scenarios

• Associate's degree or at least two years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Zoom and Google Suite, especially Google Sheets, Google Meet, and Google Docs
• Experience and proficiency with macOS and Apple hardware/software solutions
• Must be available for full-time work from April 13 - September 11, 2026

• Experience with Salesforce (or other CRMs), JIRA, and Student Information Systems or similar databases
• Familiarity with Clever and Classlink
• Understanding of technology applications in the K-12 classroom
