Position SummaryOur Company Partner is seeking an experienced Software Development Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, Node.js, Python, and Azure technologies, combined with leadership skills to mentor developers and ensure best practices in software engineering and Dev Ops.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of applications using C#, .NET, Node.js, and Python.
- Architect and implement solutions leveraging Azure services including API Gateway, APIM, Function Apps, VNet/Subnet, and security configurations.
- Drive Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for cloud resource provisioning.
- Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application and infrastructure layers.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years in software/cloud engineering, including 3+ years designing on Microsoft Azure.
- Expertise in C#, .NET, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong experience with Azure technologies including API Gateway, APIM, Function Apps, VNet/Subnet, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Familiarity with serverless architectures and event‑driven systems.
- Exposure to security compliance and governance in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of developers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
