IT Project Manager, Scrum Master

The AVP, Digital Scrum Master will be responsible for leading one or more of our Agile scrum teams executing on Digital Product development within the Technology organization. This role is responsible for collaborating with digital product owners and other stakeholders in setting the roadmap for the apps, driving new innovations, and leading the Agile teams to deliver. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background with a focus on digital projects and Agile development, as well as a proven track record of delivering critical initiatives.

EssentialResponsibilities
- Lead multiple Agile scrum teams to deliver incremental improvements to mobile software
- Facilitate the creation of release and sprint plans for digital product development
- Manage meetings, reviews, and ceremonies to keep projects on time, within scope and within budget
- Review user stories/requirements, share project risks and accomplishments with external & internal stakeholders
- Collaborate and build consensus among peers, team members and external partners for project success
- Set expectations & coordinate activities with internal teams, external stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors
- Use project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack and Smartsheets to plan and manage process, people and projects
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelor's degree minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology
- Minimum of 3 years project management or scrum master experience
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams, software developers in particular, and specific experience practicing Agile methodology
- Previous experience with application development and workflow management
- Participated in management of projects and implementations with both large and small corporate organizations
- Advanced iPhone and/or Android user
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Slack; fluency in MS Office
- Superior organization skills and adept at multi‑tasking
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
- An analytical approach to problem solving and trouble shooting
- A “can do” and flexible attitude with an ability to hit the ground running and learn on your feet
- High level of initiative and can work well in a team environment
The salary range for this position is 75,000. USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
