Solution Architect leads the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise systems. This role will bridge infrastructure, data, and application layers to enable modernization, BI adoption, and AI readiness.

- Develop end-to-end solution architectures for M365, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance across the Microsoft tenant.
- Provide recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions.
- Partner with BI teams to integrate Microsoft Fabric and Power BI into enterprise workflows.
- Prepare infrastructure for AI adoption, including data governance and integration.
- Guide networking and cloud integration strategies.
- Mentor IT team on best practices for cloud architecture and tenant management.
- Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate proposed solutions.
- Perform design, debug, and performance analysis on solutions.
- Oversee solution implementation for approved upgrades and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.
- Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and tenant administration.
- A strong understanding of networking fundamentals and hybrid connectivity, along with expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and data integration strategies.
- Familiarity with AI services in Azure and governance frameworks is essential to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
- This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Knowledge of software development, life cycle and solution delivery.
- Proven track record of work experience as an architect, project manager or developer.
- Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, however, experience is other cloud solutions and BI tools will be considered.
