Technical Product Manager – Net Suite Administrator - Seattle based

In support of this goal, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager‑ Net Suite Administrator to join our team in our Seattle office.

What does the Technical Product Manager‑ Net Suite Administrator do?

The Technical Product Manager‑ Net Suite Administrator serves as a key contributor to our Technology Services team by collaborating in the planning, design, development, and deployment of enhancements to financial applications in our technical portfolio. This includes aligning with business partners to balance business and technical objectives and establish clear, stable priorities for the team.

What else should I know about this position?

This is a full‑time, salaried position, reporting to our Director of Product Management. This position works a hybrid schedule in our Seattle office, with the remaining days available to work at home/remotely.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Own day‑to‑day system administration of Net Suite including performance monitoring, and platform stability.
  • Manage product planning of Net Suite through day‑to‑day collaboration and decision making with a cross‑functional team including developers and business partners.
  • Backlog management including the intake, categorization and prioritization of bugs and enhancement requests.
  • Lead testing for system fixes by partnering with developers and users to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
  • Manage financial application release process, including monitoring the movement of work through the solution delivery process.
  • Communicate changes and enhancements both verbally and through written documentation to management and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood.
  • Develop professional relationships with the Finance team and application stakeholders, by establishing open communication and maintaining functional competency in the business area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Project Management & Analysis
  • Partner closely with business leaders and the IT department to develop business cases, product evaluations, communications, and reporting.
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements, to develop recommendations and strategies for improving or further leveraging current systems.
  • Meet regularly with internal and external stakeholders to schedule projects/features based on prioritization from managers.
  • Develop solution options (including pros and cons for the short‑ and long‑term) on complex business problems, including recommendations for the path forward.
Communication and Engagement
  • Proactively communicate with IT leadership team to resolve any issues with competing priorities and constraints.
  • Build trust and lasting relationships with Cornea Gen employees to understand their business challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Applications group to continuously evaluate and improve the delivery of solutions and overall customer experience.
  • Use organizational tools to show progress of product efforts.
