This is not a conventional product management position centered on customer feedback cycles or gradual feature iteration. This is an executive‑level technical product ownership role, where you will control the architecture, technical roadmap, and AI integration across our complete learning infrastructure. You will make the critical technical trade‑offs necessary to keep our products streamlined, scalable, and uncompromisingly oriented toward enhancing student results.

You will think with the rigor of a CTO while executing with the agility of a product entrepreneur, synthesizing engineering discipline with learning science principles to consistently generate breakthroughs.

• Cultivating and applying comprehensive education product expertise to inform strategic direction
• Authoring technical specifications that establish critical technical decisions and emphasize simplicity, efficiency, and sustainable design
• Deploying generative AI capabilities to automate and optimize engineering workflows, supporting the strategic objective of minimizing manual intervention

• Pure people management; this role prioritizes your business and technical judgment
• Spending time on meetings, committees, and administrative overhead; we have streamlined management processes to enable you to concentrate on delivering business value through direct contribution
• High‑level strategies detached from execution details; your recommendations must derive from product‑level understanding

• Serve as the CTO for one or more education products, maintaining ownership of core competencies and generating business impact through flawless execution and strategic leadership

• Deep experience or interest in data‑driven learning science
• 7+ years of experience making the important architecture and design decisions on software projects, such as the application of architecture design patterns or significant open source technologies
• 2+ years of experience making design decisions involving the use of cloud computing services (primarily AWS)
• 4+ years of experience in positions with full technical and delivery ownership on a revenue‑generating product
• Experience building product features that make advanced use of Generative AI
• Experience using Generative AI to simplify work processes
