Owns, governs, and optimizes the organization's Hub Spot Enterprise instance to support scalable, secure, and data-driven operations. Serves as the Hub Spot subject matter expert and strategic platform owner, responsible for administration, data governance, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, and long-term architecture planning. Partners with the VP of IT Infrastructure and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Hub Spot aligns with business strategy and measurable performance.

Does not directly supervise team members.

• Administer and optimize the Hub Spot Enterprise CRM, including user management, data architecture, workflows, automation, reporting, and AI-enabled features, to ensure scalable performance and reliable system operations.
• Evaluate, plan, and lead adoption of Hub Spot Enterprise capabilities, ensuring consistent, governed, and effective use of platform features across the organization while aligning enhancements with organizational strategy to maximize return on investment.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and replace manual processes or external tools with Hub Spot-native solutions, improving efficiency and reducing system fragmentation.
• Design, maintain, and monitor integrations between Hub Spot, proprietary systems, and third‑party platforms using APIs and integration tools to ensure accurate, secure, and uninterrupted data flow.
• Identify and implement workflow optimizations and automation opportunities across departments to streamline operations and support consistent business processes.
• Conduct regular audits of Hub Spot configurations, user permissions, and data structures to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Hub Spot, strategic partners, and enterprise software vendors, collaborating with team leaders to ensure system capabilities align with evolving business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with IT leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, and provide regular updates to the VP of IT Infrastructure to align priorities and manage expectations.
• Monitor application performance and system health, troubleshooting issues and meeting defined platform reliability, adoption, and efficiency KPIs to ensure stable, high‑performing operations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, analytics, and system documentation, while training users and promoting adoption, to support data‑driven decision‑making and consistent platform usage across the organization.

• Strong expertise in Hub Spot administration (certifications are a plus), including experience with Hub Spot APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with integration tools and methods (e.g., API‑based integrations, middleware solutions and automation platforms).
• Experience in data governance, workflow automation, and process optimization.
• Basic scripting and database skills (SQL, Python, JavaScript) are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
