Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Field Service Engineer. The individual in this position will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various brands and types of CNC Machines. Tasks include conducting regular preventive maintenance, general repairs, offering technical support, and diagnosing intricate technical issues. Additionally, the role involves providing superior customer service and collaborating closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and with minimized downtime
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively
- Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service, including clear communication and relationship management
- Previous experience in the CNC service industry is required.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment
- Technical certifications or a degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a relevant field are preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
