Solution Design Lead – Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)

Our client, a global leader supporting thousands of QSR locations, is seeking an experienced MAWM Solution Design Lead to design, optimize, and enhance the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform. This role is ideal for someone analytical, hands‑on, and passionate about driving warehouse efficiency and system performance.

• Lead solution design for inbound, inventory, outbound, and final‑mile workflows
• Align MAWM solutions with business and operational requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify and refine requirements
• Configure MAWM and perform testing/validation
• Maximize standard MAWM functionality; recommend extensions when needed
• Document configurations, process flows, and training materials
• Evaluate warehouse workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor system performance and help drive enhancements
• Support IT helpdesk tickets as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• Strong hands‑on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management
• 3+ years MAWM design & configuration (inbound, inventory, outbound)
• Proficiency with MAWM strategies, rules, criteria, and Pro Active
• Experience with MAWM APIs;
  Postman superuser preferred
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations and best practices
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
