Boynton Beach, FL (Palm Springs every other week)

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)

Pay: up to $27.50 per hour commensurate with experience

We're Hiring! The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County is seeking an IT Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional who is passionate about helping others, enjoys solving technical challenges, and thrives in a mission-driven environment.

• Keep daily operations running smoothly by providing responsive helpdesk support
• Ensure staff have the tools and technology needed to work efficiently
• Support providers across the state, helping them access and use critical systems
• Play a key part in maintaining secure, high‑quality technology infrastructure
• Help the Coalition continuously improve through reliable data, systems, and equipment

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and at least four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Familiarity with major hardware and software vendors (Microsoft, Google, Sophos, Unify, Dell, HP, Lenovo).
• Knowledge of printer/copier systems including Toshiba, HP, Ricoh, and Lenovo.
• Understanding of network and routing protocols (NAT, VLANs, VPN).
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft 365, Box, and SSO services preferred.
• Ability to support both in-office and remote work environments
