Job Summary
They are building a dedicated development team to create a groundbreaking new corporate website. This isn’t a standard Word Press build; they are architecting a modern, flexible, and high‑performance digital platform. The project will leverage a headless or traditional Word Press architecture with a strong emphasis on a component‑based page builder, clean code, and a polished, scalable design system.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a custom, component-based Word Press theme and page builder.
• Collaborate with designers to translate a high‑fidelity visual system into a functional, responsive, and accessible website.
• Architect and build a clean, scalable, and well‑documented codebase following modern Word Press best practices.
• Implement robust analytics tracking and ensure seamless integration with third‑party tools.
• Execute a smooth content migration strategy from any existing platforms.
• Ensure the website meets high standards for performance, security, and SEO.
Qualifications and
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Word Press Developer with a portfolio of sophisticated, custom‑built Word Press sites.
• Strong full‑stack expertise: deep proficiency in PHP, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
• Experience building custom Word Press themes and plugins from scratch, adhering to Word Press coding standards.
• Hands‑on experience with component‑based development, potentially using modern front‑end libraries or frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) especially in the context of a headless setup.
• A strong commitment to web accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design.
• Experience with build tools and version control (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, Git).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Located in Latin America.
• Fluent English.
