• Administer and optimize AWS Aurora Postgre
  
  SQL and Amazon Redshift environments
• Drive database performance tuning, automation, and disaster recovery readiness
• Partner with Engineering and Cloud Ops to deliver high‑availability, compliant solutions
• Lead small‑scale database initiatives and guide best practices

• Technical 4‑year degree
• 3–5+ years DBA experience, ideally in SaaS
• Strong Postgre
  
  SQL and AWS Aurora hands‑on skills
• Familiarity with AWS services (Cloud Watch, IAM, S3, Lambda)
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR)
• Local to Minnesota
