Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and enhancing email marketing capabilities.
  • Lead the execution of email campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing strategies to drive campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee consultant developers to prioritize tasks, address questions, and ensure timely project execution.
  • Manage the Service Now queue for production support tickets related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, resolving issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to email marketing operations.
  • Troubleshoot campaign errors, provide end-user support and recommend best practices for campaign execution.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for colleagues on advanced email marketing features and self-service capabilities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce Marketing Cloud release features and functionality, recommending improvements to enhance email marketing performance.
  • Ensure all email marketing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM platforms, and digital marketing.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, SQL, SSJS, AMPscript, and REST/POST APIs.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and/or Salesforce Admin.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to connect business goals with email campaign strategies to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in training teams on advanced platform functionalities to enhance self-sufficiency.
  • Advanced English fluency, both written and verbal.

Salary range: $50,000 - $100,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

Location:

This is a fully remote position
; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific,
Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
