Systems Analyst, IT Consultant
Overview
The Senior Application Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancement of enterprise software applications. This role partners closely with business and clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, evaluate system releases and new products, and recommend solutions that optimize processes, improve system utilization, and reduce operational costs.

Certification/LicensureNo specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience- 5+ years of relevant application support or analyst experience with a degree, or 7+ years without a degree
- Experience supporting software application builds, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
- Proven ability to perform and document workflow assessments and translate business or clinical needs into functional system requirements
- Experience developing and executing system test plans, including documenting test progress and results
- Experience with problem, incident, and change management, including service request handling and on-call support
- Demonstrated ability to manage small projects or components of larger projects, including coordinating application releases and implementations
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey system issues, requirements, upgrades, and enhancements to technical and non-technical stakeholders
