Sitting at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy, the role partners closely with engineering, analytics, design, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, trusted, and insight‑driven products.

The focus is on enabling better decision‑making, improving operational efficiency, and unlocking value from data across the organisation. This role contributes directly to Vialto’s product suite by positioning data and insights products as strategic assets – helping clients and internal teams understand trends, manage risk, and make confident, informed decisions in an increasingly complex environment.

Product Strategy & Ownership
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Vialto Intelligence (data, analytics, and insights) across the Vialto ecosystem.
  • Translate business objectives into clear product outcomes, ensuring data products deliver measurable value.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs, focusing on insight adoption, decision impact, and business outcomes.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to introduce automation, advanced analytics, and AI‑enabled capabilities to enhance insights and reduce manual effort.
Discovery & Delivery
  • Lead discovery activities to understand the needs of business leaders, client teams, and operational users.
  • Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to convert insights and requirements into prioritised, well‑defined product increments.
  • Balance short‑term insight needs with long‑term platform and data strategy.
  • Manage backlog, prioritisation, and trade‑offs across stakeholder demands, data quality, and technical constraints.
Data, Insights & AI Enablement
  • Ensure data products are built on strong foundations of data quality, governance, and consistency.
  • Promote best practices in analytics, visualisation, and insight storytelling.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI, machine learning, and analytics trends, assessing their relevance and practical application within the product portfolio.
Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor product performance, usage, and feedback to continuously improve insight relevance and usability.
  • Evolve products based on changing business priorities, user behaviour, and technological advancements.
  • Contribute to the broader product practice, helping mature discovery methods, data‑driven decision‑making, and ways of working.
