Function

The Business Analyst will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering and supporting software products and services used by customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document clear functional and non-functional product requirements aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Create and manage backlog items in collaboration with business stakeholders and the Development Team
• Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a product backlog aligned with product vision and strategy
• Define detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, and business analysis documentation (problems, opportunities, solutions)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, fraud, finance/accounting, customer service, and other product teams
• Engage with existing and new customers to identify software solutions to business problems
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on integrations and ensure successful delivery
• Participate in root cause analysis and track defect resolution to completion
• Contribute to planning, communication, and retrospective meetings
• Support technology teams throughout the SDLC to ensure high-quality delivery
• Identify risks and upscale issues in a timely manner

Experience & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working on B2C software products
• Experience with membership rewards programs or digital subscriptions is a plus
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Metabase, or similar
• Solid understanding of internet technologies, software design, databases, APIs, security, and technical debt
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, self‑starter mindset
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail
• Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with customers
