• Lead technical execution of data exploration, predictive modeling, and AI use case development
• Build and guide high-performing product teams to deliver analytic solutions on time and within scope
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytical solutions from opportunity identification to production readiness
• Design and manage data-centric projects aligned with underwriting and risk selection objectives
• Evaluate internal and external data sources to proactively identify emerging trends and opportunities

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or technical project leadership
• Strong hands‑on experience with data wrangling, visualization, and model deployment
• Proven ability to mentor and coach technical talent
• Familiarity with predictive modeling techniques and statistical modeling packages
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information, business, mathematics, or a related field

• 10 or more years of experience in data visualization, financial and operational measurement, and data extraction queries
• Professional experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry
• Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization techniques
• Strong communication skills for effective interactions with stakeholders
• Ability to develop distinctive and understandable data visualizations
