AboutThe Role
As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing Service Organization Control (SOC) audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards. Your role will involve overseeing the SOC audit process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing security measures to safeguard our organization’s data and systems. You will also lead ISO 27001 audits, ensuring that all security policies and procedures adhere to international standards.
This position requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to enhance our security posture. Your expertise will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest levels of security and compliance.
- Lead and manage the ongoing implementation and maintenance of ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC AICPA Trust Service Criteria audits
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure controls are designed, implemented and operating effectively
- Stay up to date with evolving compliance requirements and best practices related to ISO and other frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, etc., as relevant)
- Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO standards and audit processes
- Document audit processes and maintain records of compliance
- Assist in the resolution of noncompliant issues and follow up on corrective actions
- Collect audit metrics and apply data analytics to identify areas of improvement in audit processes
- On‑call support for security incidents
- All other duties as assigned
Work in a way that works for you
- 4+ years of experience working with Technology
- Experience in a SaaS, cloud‑native or technology‑driven environment
- Demonstrated success leading ISO/IEC 27001 and/or SOC AICPA Trust Service Criteria implementation and audits
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies
- Strong understanding of security controls, policies and procedures
- Excellent communication, documentation and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast‑paced setting
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISA or similar are a plus

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 – $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
