• Devise and report on integration development plans and strategies
• Implement innovative architectures leveraging Service Now’s Workflow Data Fabric
• Develop asynchronous messaging architectures and coordinate activities with other developers
• Ensure adherence to best practices in integration processes and maintain data integrity
• Analyze and improve current system integrations and address architecture issues

• At least 5 years of configuration/development experience with complex integration technologies
• Maintenance of at least 1 Service Now mainline CIS certification or Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Strong Java script skills with practical experience
• Experience with Integration Technologies such as Web Services (REST, SOAP, JSON) and SaaS technologies
• Demonstrated ability to consult and influence in a complex customer environment

• Expertise in data engineering, including data ingestion tools and ETL processes
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO
• Strong presentation and report‑writing skills
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Experience with development on the Service Now platform capabilities
