Senior Palantir Engineer – Remote USA Key Responsibilities

• Application Development
  • Build and maintain custom applications using Palantir OSDK and React for user-facing workflows.
  • Develop reusable UI components and integrate with Foundry APIs for seamless data interaction.
  • Implement responsive, secure, and performant front-end solutions.
• Ontology & Data Modeling
  • Design and maintain ontologies, datasets, object types, and relationships that reflect business processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, lineage, and governance across Foundry pipelines and applications.
• Dev Ops & CI/CD
  • Apply Dev Ops principles for application deployment, version control, and automated testing.
  • Manage Git repositories, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure secrets management.
• SQL & Data Integration
  • Write optimized SQL queries for data transformations and application back-end logic.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to integrate external systems and APIs into Foundry workflows.
• Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Provide clear documentation, demos, and handover materials for internal teams.

• 3+ years’ experience with Palantir Foundry, including OSDK and ontology modeling.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/Type Script frameworks.
• Solid experience with SQL (complex queries, performance tuning).
• Familiarity with Dev Ops concepts: CI/CD, Git workflows, containerization (Docker), and environment management.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling authentication, pagination, and schema evolution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a contractor role.
• Hands‑on experience with OSDK and React for application development.
• Ability to design ontologies and data models for enterprise workflows.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD implementation.
• SQL proficiency and performance optimization strategies.
