Your Role & Responsibilities

* Execute functional testing across Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and system performance

* Review and validate PLM requirements, workflows, configurations, and change management processes

* Develop detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and regression suites

* Log, track, and validate defects while partnering closely with developers and business analysts

* Support PLM release cycles, including UAT coordination and production validation

* Drive continuous improvement of QA methodologies and documentation standards

* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless system enhancements

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

* 8+ years of experience in PLM QA, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter

* Strong functional testing background (test case creation, execution, and reporting)

* Hands-on experience with workflows, BOM management, configurations, and PLM data models

* Ability to partner with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to validate system behavior

* Strong understanding of enterprise QA processes, SDLC, and release management

Bonus Points If You Have

* Experience with automation frameworks for PLM systems

* Background in manufacturing, product development, or engineering organizations

* Familiarity with API testing or integration testing between PLM and ERP systems

* Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Education & Certifications You Need

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

* QA or PLM-related certifications are a plus but not required

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
