• Support the Carrier channel by coordinating the delivery of products for carrier customers, acting as a liaison between carriers and internal stakeholders
• Oversee deployment projects for carrier customers, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking
• Maintain high satisfaction levels for internal teams and carrier partners through collaboration
• Communicate order status and service updates to carrier partners, resolving issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies throughout carrier deployments

• High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in the cable industry, particularly in fiber deployment and project management
• Intermediate skills in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Visio
• Thorough knowledge of WAN/LAN topology and supporting products
• Proven experience in customer resolution and collaboration with support organizations

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in developing support infrastructures for new services
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple deployments over large fiber networks
• Knowledgeable in  and Service Now
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
