Clarvos is hiring a Product Designer to join our team. You will design and deliver high-quality UI flows, refine key user journeys, and contribute to our design system across a fast-moving, AI-powered marketing and advertising platform. Our product integrates with top-tier advertising and social platforms including Meta, Tik Tok and Google. This is a hands‑on design role.
We’re looking for a designer with strong visual design skills, sharp interaction thinking, and excellent Figma craft. The day‑to‑day is a mix of designing new flows, extending and polishing existing ones, solving interaction problems, and maintaining design system components.
About 20% of the role involves UX research: usability testing, user interviews, and synthesis, to keep design decisions grounded in real user needs and customer feedback. Current focus areas include Agentic AI workflows, image generation experiences, and advertising bidding and optimization. Experience with AI for research synthesis acceleration is helpful here.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Design polished, production-quality UI flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for product features across web and mobile.
- Extend, refine, and improve existing user journeys, solving interaction problems, tightening flows, and raising the bar on clarity and usability.
- Leverage AI tools in both design and research workflows. Including AI-assisted ideation, layout exploration, content generation, prototype testing, and research synthesis.
- Collaborate with the Design Lead on priorities and approach, while contributing your own perspective and proposing alternatives when you see a better solution.
- Add, update, and maintain components in our Figma-based design system with clean structure, proper naming, auto‑layout, variants, and tokens.
- Create interactive prototypes that communicate interaction behavior and help validate ideas with stakeholders and engineers.
- Design across product domains including Agentic AI interfaces, image generation experiences, and ad optimization workflows spanning major social and advertising platforms.
- Conduct UX research (~20% of role) usability testing, user interviews, competitive analysis, and synthesis to inform design decisions with real user insight.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure design intent carries through to implementation.
- Participate in design critiques and reviews, giving and receiving feedback constructively.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design as core quality standards in every deliverable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field preferred.
- A portfolio review is a required part of the interview process.
- 4–8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skill
- Deep expertise in Figma: components, auto‑layout, variants, variables/tokens, prototyping, and clean file organization.
- Strong eye for visual detail: typography, spacing, color, hierarchy, and iconography should be second nature.
- Solid command of interaction design fundamentals: information architecture, navigation patterns, state management, feedback, error handling, and affordance.
- Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems, building components that scale.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct UX research: usability studies, user interviews, competitive analysis, and translating findings into design improvements.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in the design and/or research process.
- Experience designing AI surfaces, agentic flows, chatbots, image generation, is a plus.
- Track record of shipping polished SaaS and/or mobile products.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style. Comfortable working from direction while also knowing when to push back thoughtfully.
- Grounding in accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) and inclusive design practices.
- Familiarity with front‑end concepts (HTML/CSS, responsive frameworks, design‑to‑code workflows) is a plus.
- Experience designing for advertising…
