Senior Salesforce Administrator

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and configuration
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end-users
• Perform data imports, migrations, and audits to ensure data integrity
• Establish and maintain data entry standards and deduplication processes

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Salesforce Certified with ownership experience of a Salesforce production environment
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with users at all levels

• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts, including Apex
• Familiarity with the Quote-to-Cash process within a sales organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in an agile environment
