- Train and fine-tune LLMs using proprietary datasets and prompt engineering techniques
- Embed AI prompts into applications to automate complex tasks
- Monitor performance data to enhance outputs and support the integration of AI-powered chatbots
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and teams to align AI functionality with user needs and business goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or NLP model development
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work products
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Amazon Kendra or Open Search
- Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models hosted on AWS
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Sage Maker, Amazon Bedrock, and AWS Glue
- Experience integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline or Code Build
