• Less than 3 years of software implementation experience, focusing on solutions delivery through platform configuration
• Strong strategic thinking skills to ensure solutions support business objectives
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and perform under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise-level clients, including gathering complex requirements and configurations
• Proven success in creating efficiencies through process design and measuring adoption
• Background in delivering innovative and creative solutions
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON
