• Partner with the sales team to conduct discovery calls, define project scopes, and estimate timelines/budgets for prospective clients
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and high-quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing transparent status updates
• Implement and facilitate Scrum and Kanban workflows, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with technical and creative teams to remove blockers and optimize workflow efficiency

• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) for effective communication with stakeholders
• Proven experience managing projects using Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Ability to multitask and lead several projects simultaneously without losing sight of details
• Previous experience in requirement gathering, proposal writing, or technical consulting during the sales cycle
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana

• Strong negotiation skills and experience presenting to C‑suite stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with the ability to address issues before they escalate
• Capability to translate complex technical language into clear business value
• Soft skills such as relationship management and clarity in communication
