• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end-users
• Manage data imports, migrations, and bulk updates while ensuring data accuracy
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain database health

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a thorough knowledge of Salesforce platform functionalities
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently

• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts, including Apex
• Familiarity with the Quote-to-Cash process within a sales organization, especially with Salesforce’s CPQ solution
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
