• Develop and implement GenU’s digital systems strategy in collaboration with relevant country offices
• Provide technical support for the transition of the P2E platform to an open-source solution
• Conduct technical assessments of strategic partnership opportunities and coordinate activities with partners
• Facilitate the deployment of aggregator platforms and manage operational support for P2E platforms
• Generate and disseminate knowledge by consolidating lessons learned from country deployments into comprehensive reports

• Advanced degree (Masters) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in ICT consulting, digital transformation, or platform architecture
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and system integration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend system management and digital infrastructure
• Proven experience developing and implementing digital strategies for large-scale programs

• Certifications in Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) or Data Security
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital identity solutions
• Knowledge of open-source learning platforms (Moodle, Open edX, Totara)
• Experience managing multi-platform digital ecosystems across multiple countries
• Familiarity with youth employment, skills development, or education technology platforms
