• Manage day‑to‑day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third‑party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end‑users
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to ensure database health
• Establish and maintain data entry standards and deduplication processes

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5–7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid‑to‑large organization
• Salesforce Certified with in‑depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities
• Proven ownership of a Salesforce production environment, leading enhancements from design to adoption
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes

• Experience supporting multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce development concepts and Apex
• Familiarity with the Quote‑to‑Cash process within a sales organization, especially with Salesforce’s CPQ solution
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
