• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third‑party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end‑users
• Perform data imports, migrations, and bulk updates while ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain database health

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5‑7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid‑to‑large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities
• Proven history of leading end‑to‑end enhancements in a Salesforce production environment
• Strong working knowledge of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes

• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Familiarity with the Quote‑to‑Cash process within a sales organization, especially with Salesforce’s CPQ solution
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
