About The Job: We are a leading provider of innovative business solutions, empowering organizations through data management services, advanced marketing technology, analytics, AI, and customer data capabilities. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Business Development Lead. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth within Infoverity’s Marketing Technology Solutions group through direct sales efforts, partnering to identify new market opportunities, and contributing to strategic client project delivery as a marketing technology and data management advisor.
The Business Development Lead is expected to dedicate approximately 15–30% of their time to client work, with an annual billable utilization target of 25%. Billable placement will be driven solely by strategic opportunity alignment and will vary based on Infoverity’s evolving portfolio of client engagements.
Ideal candidates excel at generating new sales opportunities, carrying and meeting quota expectations, and partnering to execute growth strategies. They demonstrate strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, communicate & present effectively with executive audiences, build trusted relationships, and embody a collaborative, team‑first approach.
Sales & Business Development Responsibilities- Generate new opportunities and qualified pipeline through greenfield prospecting, existing Infoverity account expansion, partner relationships, trade shows, industry events, and other professional networks
- Collaborate on prospect discovery sessions, proposal development, estimate preparation, and RFP responses with support from the Infoverity Mar Tech team
- Represent Infoverity at industry conferences, events (in‑person and virtual), and partner-related activities
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for Mar Tech and Data Management services expansion
- Serve as a subject matter expert supporting broader Infoverity initiatives, including active client engagements, industry‑specific messaging refinement, and cross‑practice collaboration
- Build and strengthen executive‑level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to both client leadership and internal delivery teams
- Provide expert guidance and thought leadership across marketing, martech, activation, personalization, and data management competencies
- Minimum of 10 years of experience selling, implementing, and/or managing marketing technology and customer data management solutions
- Demonstrated direct sales experience, including driving opportunity development, contributing to revenue growth, and consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations
- Proven consulting experience leading client engagements and delivering successful marketing technology and data management solutions
- Demonstrated success managing executive‑level client and partner relationships, executing go‑to‑market strategies, and scaling high‑performing teams
