Remote Generative AI Product Manager

• Define, design, and implement systems supporting Digital Pathology and Medical Services infrastructure.
• Own the product vision for the Digital Pathology Generative AI ecosystem.
• Conduct user research to identify automation opportunities within clinical workflows.
• Translate clinical needs into technical user stories and prioritize the engineering backlog.
• Oversee deployment of AI-driven operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Medical and Quality Assurance teams on software validation protocols.
• Track KPIs for product success, focusing on efficiency and diagnostic accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare technology or regulated clinical software.
• Experience with Digital Pathology, Radiology, or Laboratory Information Systems.
• Proven track record of launching internal workflow tools in high-throughput environments.
• Experience managing AI/ML products and defining human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong clinical empathy and understanding of pathologists  workflow pressures.
• Regulatory fluency with CLIA, CAP, and HIPAA requirements.
