We are looking for a customer-focused Manager of IT Corporate Systems who will lead, mentor and grow a team of global IT professionals. You will be responsible for the technology, people and processes that enable a global workforce at multiple office locations and remote employees. As the company grows and matures you will have influence and impact in many areas of the organization as it relates to technology growth and scalability.

• Manage, mentor and grow a team of engineers supporting the Corporate IT needs of the organization
• Provide IT services to multiple office locations and remote employees across Europe and America
• Be responsible for end‑user hardware purchasing, provisioning and support
• Manage corporate identity and account federation through SaaS vendors and other systems
• Maintain vendor relationships and administer SaaS tools
• Help drive improvements in security posture across the corporate IT systems and end‑user equipment

• 10+ years of experience working in IT Infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience in an IT management role supporting MAC and Windows devices
• 3+ year of experience supporting back office enterprise applications with Google Workspace (G Suite)
• 3+ years of experience with account & identity management (Okta)
• 3+ years of experience supporting phone and voice solutions
• Project Management knowledge
• Experience interfacing with business leaders
• Focus on a customer‑service focused approach
• 1+ year of experience with AWS a plus
• 1+ years of experience with security & privacy (GDPR) a plus
