Serve as the Strategic Platform Advisor, providing expert guidance on Service Now governance and service management strategies to support NIH/CIT and NIH ICOs.
Act as a trusted advisor to NIH leadership, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing the Service Now ecosystem and aligning it with organizational goals.
Lead efforts in multi-instance environments, including strategic consolidation of instances to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity.
Develop and implement governance frameworks for Service Now, ensuring compliance with NIH policies and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders across NIH/CIT and ICOs to identify requirements, define priorities, and deliver solutions that drive mission success.
Provide expertise in ITIL 4 Managing Professional and Strategic Leader practices to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
Monitor and report on platform performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving continuous innovation.
Support strategic planning initiatives, aligning Service Now capabilities with NIH’s long-term objectives and priorities.
Develop and maintain documentation related to governance frameworks, instance consolidation strategies, and platform roadmaps.
Stay current with Service Now platform updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure NIH remains at the forefront of technology innovation.
ITIL 4 Managing Professional and Strategic Leader certifications.
10+ years of extensive experience in service management and Service Now governance.
Proven expertise in the Service Now ecosystem, with a strong track record of success at CIT and NIH ICOs.
Experience managing multi-instance environments, including strategic consolidation of instances.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of NIH/CIT and ICO processes, policies, and mission.
Ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation, including governance frameworks, consolidation strategies, and roadmaps.
Existing Public Trust Clearance or Ability to Obtain an NIH Badge.
Service Now certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Familiarity with Agile or Dev Ops methodologies.
