• Provide exceptional customer support on the employer’s primary temporary housing line, addressing inquiries from policyholders, adjusters, and partners
• Handle inbound calls and process hotel extensions while ensuring accuracy and quality service
• Monitor and respond to inbound emails regarding claims questions and housing requests
• Update and maintain the hotel database to ensure accuracy and uniformity
• Audit hotel folios for billing accuracy, compliance, and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
• Four (4) years of experience in claims processing or related business experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems, claim systems, financial services, and insurance products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

• Experience in the insurance or finance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment
