- Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical support, including system planning and customer training
- Become an expert on the operation and application of advanced radio and networking solutions
- Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and equipment evaluations
- Troubleshoot failures and provide feedback to the development team
- Participate in resource allocation and support various sales and business development activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field with at least 2 years of experience in pre‑ and post‑sales technical support; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the same field
- Proficiency with radio frequency instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers
- Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 12 months of hire
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts
- Successful clearance of a background check is required for employment
- Familiarity with Linux and proficiency with TCP/IP protocol and networking
- Experience with operating and testing IP radios/modems
- Knowledge of wireless communication systems and digital communication technologies
- Proficiency with programming languages such as C/C++
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
