Cloud Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cloud services industry, is seeking a Cloud Architect to join their innovative team. As a Cloud Architect, you will be an integral part of the Cloud and Edge Delivery Organization supporting delivery activities, portfolio management, customization, and strategic alliances for the Infrastructure Services Global Cloud Practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for cloud technology, which will align successfully within the organization.

Cloud Architect

Remote, United States

2‑month contract with possibility of extension.

• Support and lead cloud project engagements, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their cloud infrastructure needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize hybrid cloud architectures across multiple platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Assist in cloud migration strategies, including on‑premise to cloud transitions, with a focus on SAP on Azure solutions.
• Develop and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available multi‑tier applications, ensuring best practices in security and performance.

• Proven experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform architecture, supported by relevant vendor certifications.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud solutions and integration of public cloud into traditional hosting models.
• Experience with cloud migration techniques, especially on‑premise to cloud transitions.
• Hands‑on experience with deploying applications using web UI, RESTful/SOAP services, and building private AMIs on VPCs.
• Knowledge of security architecture design, high availability, disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
