. This is not a "wait for requirements" kind of role. You operate as an entrepreneur inside Shopware, acting like an owner. You will drive ideas from inception to production
. This position can be filled on‑site

, or full‑remote within Germany or specific European countries where we are registered. Your work location will be agreed upon in advance and forms the basis of your employment contract.

• Build what is next: You live in our customers' relative future. Push the edge of what is possible with the latest in AI, often without documentation or playbooks.

• End‑to‑end ownership: responsibility for your bets from idea to production.

• Ship fast: You can just ship things, both because you have the permission to and because you are comfortable iterating in public.

• Always be useful: Act as a hands‑on owner, not a manager. In a startup spirit, we don’t stop at role boundaries but jump in wherever help is needed most.

• Define products that don't exist: You make bold product bets with incomplete information and own the outcomes.

• Run experiments, not roadmaps: Design fast tests to validate hypotheses about merchant and agent needs, pivot based on learnings.

• Build in public: Share product thinking transparently with customers, partners, and the broader agentic commerce community.

• Bridge human and agent needs: Balance product requirements for human merchants with technical requirements for AI agents.

• Vibe‑code fluency: Hands‑on experience with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, v0, Lovable, etc.) and comfortable going from concept to clickable demo in a day.

• Collaborative spirit: Open to learning from and co‑building with peers inside and outside Shopware.

• First‑principles thinking: You don't just ask "what do competitors do" but "what should exist in an AI‑first commerce world".

• Data‑informed intuition: You use AI to analyze patterns in user behavior but trust your gut on what to build next.
