Logistics Services Director

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Establishing common goals, governance, and decision‑making framework
• Leading and managing the internal manufacturing ERP launch
• Ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors

This role will provide risk mitigation for a high‑impact program including:

• Implementing a structured program methodology
• Identifying and mitigating operational, financial, and change‑management risks
• Maintaining rigorous oversight on scope, schedule, and quality
• Serving as an executive point of escalation
• Providing technical and operational expertise to support current and future operations
• Ensuring manufacturing and supply chain best practices are designed into the ERP configuration
• Validating that system capabilities meet industry‑specific needs (traceability, serialization, forecasting, etc.)
• Overseeing integration with MES, PLM, SCM, and customer portals
• Leading change‑management strategy, communication, and training
• Championing new processes and behaviors
• Supporting leaders and teams in the transition to standardized workflows

The director role will maximize ROI and long‑term value of the ERP implementation by ensuring:

• Realization of operational performance improvements
• Alignment of ERP capabilities to financial and customer outcomes
• Continuous optimization post‑go‑live

• Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4‑year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Fully Remote:
Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
