We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst to support the development of a platform that showcases school system data in a clear, usable format. The role focuses on turning data into insights and recommendations that help schools identify areas for growth and set meaningful goals.

• Analyze school system data and transform insights into clear, practical recommendations to help schools prioritize, set goals, and improve student outcomes.
• Build and maintain low‑code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Qualtrics) to display data and collect inputs from school system progress and impact.
• Create dashboards and tools that allow school systems to view their data in one place.
• Develop systems such as forms, surveys, or applications that automatically collect and organize data so that schools and agency staff can quickly understand results and take action without needing technical expertise.
• Analyze statutory data across multiple federal and state plans to identify overlaps and redundancies, and use data‑driven insights to propose ways to unify plan requirements and eliminate duplication.
• Build scoring tools and trackers (e.g., Excel scorecards) to review school system applications, measure progress, and monitor results over time.

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Storytelling
• 8+ years of low‑code development experience
• 5+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel)
• 3+ years of proficiency in data visualization using Power BI

• 1+ year proficiency with Qualtrics
• 1+ year proficiency with Smartsheet
• 1+ year experience working with state agencies, educational sector, or related fields

Compensation: $80.00 – $85.00 per hour
