The RoleProvide expert technical direction across multiple and complex systems, including planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level network infrastructure. This role combines advanced networking expertise with collaboration and leadership to ensure optimal network performance, security, and scalability across the organization. The position requires working with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and developing innovative solutions for complex networking challenges while maintaining high availability and security standards.

LocationThis is a Work From Home position available from any US-based location.
The Main Responsibilities- Implement and maintain enterprise network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Understand, configure, and troubleshoot Data Center environments using Cisco ACI and NXOS platforms.
- Monitor and optimize network performance through advanced diagnostic tools (protocol analyzer, Net Brain, statistical analysis, etc), implementing necessary adjustments for enhanced efficiency.
- Implement and manage cloud network architectures, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises systems.
- Provide high-level technical guidance and resolve escalated issues from lower support tiers while maintaining system stability and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including detailed network diagrams, design references, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with technology vendors and stakeholders to implement business-focused networking solutions.
- Utilize automation tools and scripts to streamline and improve efficiency for network deployments and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience with typically 5+ years Enterprise level support and design experience

Experience:
Proven experience in designing and maintaining ACI and NXOS environments. - Networking Technologies:
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing enterprise-level services including advanced routing protocols (BGP and OSPF), virtual routing (VRFs), and network segmentation. - Hardware Knowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge of network hardware configuration and maintenance, including platforms such as Cisco, Arista, or Juniper. - Networking Principles:
Advanced understanding of TCP/IP networking principles, OSI model, and enterprise network architecture best practices. - Cloud Networking:
Experience in cloud networking technologies and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with experience in designing and managing hybrid and multi-cloud environments. - Automation:
Proficiency in network automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible, JSON) to enhance operational efficiency. - Network Security:
Familiar with enterprise network security systems, including next-generation firewalls, IDS/IPS, and DDoS mitigation strategies for at least 3 years. - Network Load-Balancer:
Understanding of network traffic load-balancing technologies, such as local traffic management and global server load-balancing.

Location Based Pay Ranges$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, , IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
