launch & implementation manager | offerlogix

offerlogix is seeking a highly detail-oriented, process-driven launch & implementation manager to own and scale our client onboarding and partner launch operations.

this individual will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of new client programs from contract through go‑live and early lifecycle success. You will serve as a liaison between our company, our partners, and their dealer customers — ensuring that all implementations are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with defined success metrics.

this role requires operational rigor, strong stakeholder management skills, and a working understanding of automotive dealership operations and saas-based marketing platforms.

this is a full‑time, salaried, remote position. Eastern and central time zones, highly preferred, but all welcome to apply (must be able to support daily eastern time business hours 8:30 am – 5:30 pm).

responsibilities

client launch ownership

  • own the full lifecycle of new partner client launches from kickoff to successful activation.
  • serve as the primary relationship manager for partner onboarding.
  • conduct launch calls, status updates, and implementation check‑ins.
  • ensure partner customers (dealerships) are onboarding successfully and meeting launch milestones.

cross-functional coordination

  • work directly with onboarding, sales, and engineering teams to coordinate technical setup and configuration.
  • monitor and triage support tickets during onboarding.
  • escalate and resolve implementation issues in partnership with engineering.
  • maintain visibility across all active launches and report status to leadership.

process & documentation

  • assist in defining, documenting, and improving onboarding workflows.
  • build and maintain sops, playbooks, and launch documentation.
  • identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce launch time and increase activation rates.

partner relationship management

  • act as the operational steward of the partner relationship during initial deployment.
  • ensure alignment between partner expectations and delivery capabilities.
  • proactively communicate risks, delays, or performance gaps.
  • support expansion opportunities by ensuring successful first deployments.

qualification requirements

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in automotive retail,
    automotive saas, or dealership marketing technology
  • direct experience working with or inside retail automotive dealerships
  • strong understanding of how dealerships operate (f&i, sales desks, dms, crm, digital retail, advertising platforms)
  • proven track record managing launch, onboarding, or implementation programs for saas or advertising platforms
  • experience supporting b2b partner relationships
  • demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent launches in a fast‑paced environment
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • process‑oriented mindset with experience building or refining operational playbooks

preferred qualifications

  • experience in fintech, credit platforms, or lender‑integrated solutions
  • familiarity with automotive crm systems, dms integrations, and digital marketing tools
  • experience using ticketing systems (salesforce, zoho, hubspot, etc.)
  • background in partner operations, implementation management, or customer success leadership
  • process discipline and documentation rigor
  • operational leadership without direct authority
  • strong client communication and executive presence
  • problem‑solving under time‑sensitive conditions
  • accountability for launch success metrics

compensation
