DevOps Engineer

Our client is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Infrastructure Support Department, collaborating with development and operations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Location:141 West Front Street, Suite 312, 3rd floor, Red Bank, NJ 07701

Pay Range: $80/hr

• Assist in designing, implementing, and managing AWS infrastructure utilizing EKS, ECS, API Gateway, and related technologies.
• Automate deployment processes through Terraform, Cloud Formation, and scripting languages to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in the design, monitoring, and alerting of systems and applications to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy and integrate applications seamlessly on AWS platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues to maintain system stability and security.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, EKS, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools including Cloud Watch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash, and CI/CD pipelines.
