** The job:
** As an Analyst of Go-To-Market Business Intelligence at Buildertrend, you will turn data into clarity for the teams that drive growth and improve how builders and homeowners experience our platform. Your work will shape how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success understand performance, spot opportunities, and act quickly with clarity. Your insights will shape decisions that affect revenue, customer experience and how efficiently contractors run their businesses.

* What you will do:

*** Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports that show pipeline, revenue and customer lifecycle performance.
* Create scalable, self-service reporting tools that help GTM teams answer questions without extra steps.
* Analyze performance trends to surface opportunities, risks and clear recommendations for action.
* Automate recurring reports to improve speed, accuracy and consistency.
* Own the data dictionary and report repository to keep metrics clear and aligned.
* Partner with data engineering and business systems to support reliable, well-structured data.
** Who you are and what you need:
*** Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
* 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
* Advanced SQL proficiency with experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from a large database.
* Expert-level experience with modern data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik Sense) to deliver interactive dashboards and executive‑ready reporting.
* Strong backfround in data modeling and manipulation, and statistical analysis.
* Advance Excell skills.
* Solid understanding of data warehousing and ELT concepts.
* Exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
