Serve as the lead Service Now Architect, providing technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Service Now solutions.
Architect and deliver scalable, high-performing Service Now solutions tailored to meet client requirements, with a focus on Human Resources (HR) workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical designs and implementation plans.
Lead the development and deployment of Service Now modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality assurance processes.
Oversee the integration of Service Now with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides.
Stay current with Service Now platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Support pre‑sales activities by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations.
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Human Resources (HR) certification.
15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years of hands‑on experience in Service Now architecture, design, and implementation.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
Strong understanding of Service Now platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom application development.
Experience with Service Now integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience leading technical teams and managing large‑scale Service Now implementations.
Existing Public Trust Clearance or Ability to Obtain an NIH Badge.
Advanced certifications in Service Now, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or additional CIS certifications.
Experience with federal government clients or public sector environments.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices and frameworks.
Experience with Agile or Dev Ops methodologies.

Applicants need to be a US Citizen to be considered for the position and have physically resided in the United States for a minimum of 3 years due to background investigation requirements.
